Your Wedding Page ("we", "us", "our", "the Service") is a wedding website design service operated by its founder based in Spain, in the process of formal registration as an Autónomo (self-employed sole trader), subject to Spanish and European Union law.
By creating an account, placing an order, or using our service, you ("you", "the client", "the couple") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
Your Wedding Page is a managed wedding website service. We design and build a custom, personalised wedding website based on the template and details you provide through your dashboard. The service includes:
The customisation of your chosen template is performed using artificial intelligence. The content you provide is sent to Anthropic's Claude API. By using the service, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
This is not a self-service tool. We do not offer a drag-and-drop builder or DIY editor. The final site is designed and delivered by us based on your inputs.

Current pricing is displayed on yourweddingpage.com. Prices at time of purchase are binding.
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Domain registration (approximately €19.99/year) is included in all packages for the first year. Renewal of your domain after the first year is your responsibility.
Add-on features are available for purchase at checkout or after delivery. Prices are displayed clearly at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once delivered.
Payment is required before we begin work on your wedding website. We accept payment via Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be processed.
Discount codes, where valid, are applied at checkout and reduce the total amount charged. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after payment is completed.
Once payment is confirmed and you have submitted your details and photos through the dashboard, we aim to deliver your completed wedding website within the following timeframes:
Delivery timelines begin from the date we receive all required information, not from the date of payment. Incomplete or unclear briefs may extend the delivery timeline. We will contact you if we need clarification.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including delays in domain propagation (typically 24–72 hours after registration).
As part of the service, we register a .com domain name of your choosing on your behalf. Before confirming your domain, you acknowledge that:
We are not responsible for a domain being unavailable at the time of registration, despite appearing available during the availability check. In the unlikely event this occurs, we will work with you to find an alternative.
Revision entitlements depend on your package:
A "revision" means a set of changes communicated in a single request submitted through your dashboard. Revisions cover changes to existing content, design adjustments, and corrections. They do not include fundamental redesigns, changes of template, or the addition of new sections or features not included in your original package.
We aim to complete revision requests within 3 business days of submission.
By submitting content (text, photos, and other materials) through the dashboard, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to refuse to include content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or inappropriate. In such cases, we will contact you to request alternative content.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to us. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of building and hosting your wedding website.
The design templates, code, and visual elements created by Your Wedding Page remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use your completed wedding website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, or use the website or its design as the basis for a commercial product without our written permission.
Any content you provide remains yours. We will not use your photos, story, or personal details for any purpose other than building your website, except where required by law.
By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You confirm that personal data you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.
By submitting your details and requesting us to begin work on your website, you expressly consent to the service commencing before the 14-day cooling-off period expires. Once work has begun, the cooling-off right is waived in respect of the work completed.
If you cancel before work has begun:
If you cancel after work has begun but before delivery:
After delivery of the completed website, no refunds are available, except where the website materially fails to match the agreed specification and we are unable to remedy the issue through revisions.
Add-on purchases are non-refundable once the add-on has been delivered.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at support@yourweddingpage.com.
Your wedding website is hosted on our servers and remains live for as long as your account is active. We do not currently charge a separate ongoing hosting fee — hosting is included as part of the service.
We will give at least 90 days' notice if we decide to discontinue the hosting service, during which time we will provide you with an export of your website files so you can arrange alternative hosting.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be carried out outside of peak hours where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the package giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Spanish law are not affected by these terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The version of these terms in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
If you have a question, complaint, or dispute, please contact us first:
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer it to an EU online dispute resolution platform via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For disputes involving Spanish law, the courts of Spain have jurisdiction unless you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, in which case the courts of your country of residence may also have jurisdiction.
